Envirofan has additional low voltage electric transformers available for purchase as required. Typically installed by simply placing into an indoor mains socket, where it is dry, and the timer is easily accessible. Alternatively, an outdoor, well ventilated but weatherproof switch box is also acceptable.
Transformers units can usually be installed in the sub-floor area.
Medium transformers will operate up to four(3) Dual Fan’s or one and a half(1 1/2) Quad Fans systems This unit can usually be installed in the sub-floor area.
Our Large transformer comfortably operates up to eight (6) Dual Fan systems, or three (3) Quad Fans. This unit can be installed in the sub floor area, inside the home eg- broom cupboard etc used in conjunction with a ceramic mediator (tile) or similar between the floor and the feet of the transformer, electric meter box or in an external weatherproof box with holes drilled through the bottom for ventilation purposes and to allow the heat to escape which is generated from the heatsink.
